Los Cabos, Loreto, Mulege, Todos Santos, Comondu and La Paz are some of the main cities of the territory that invite you to live exciting experiences, and also to taste its growing gastronomy.

In La Paz, also named “Aquarium of the World” the restaurant's advantage of the freshest ingredient. There is an incredible variety of restaurants, dishes, and chefs who have set their sights here to surprise with original recipes.

La Paz gastronomy is truly exquisite! Delicious fish and clams that are extracted directly from the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy a good sierra ceviche or perhaps a ceviche of cochito. You will surely delight with the traditional flavors of the sea.

We suggest you visit the following restaurants: Bismark-Cito which is a must to eat right on the boardwalk, the best seafood tacos. The best restaurants in "El Corredor Turistico"

The highway that connects Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is also known as "El Corredor Turistico". In this spectacular route, you can find various hotels and resorts that have positioned themselves in this area.

The different shades of blue in the ocean invite us to take hundreds of pictures! Also, the amazing landscape that shows the incredible combination of desert and the sea. A panorama illuminated by the sunrise.

Important resorts have decided to place their hotels in Los Cabos because of the extraordinarily alluring factors that appeal to the world’s eyes, such is the attention and service received.
In the other hand, these hotels have their staff trained to attend the needs of the client with luxurious spas, swimming pools, and gyms. The amenity of a themed restaurant is part of the attractive hospitality. Indisputably, these restaurants are an option for residents and locals. Each one of them has its doors open so you can taste their menus with local ingredients.

Here is our selection of favorites restaurants in the Corredor Turistico. For starters, we have Cocina de Autor, a restaurant by Chef Sidney Schutte winner of 2 Michelin Stars and Seared of One & Only Palmilla by Jean Georges Vongerichten. This extraordinary Chef has one Michelin Star and 35 restaurants around de world.

A new restaurant that is added to this important list is La Deriva, Cucina Italiana, run by Chef Emanuele Olivero with local ingredients and Italian flavors, part of Solaz Los Cabos.

Highly recommended is also Gastrobar by Chef Martin Berasategui at the Paradisus Hotel, winner of seven Michelin stars for his unequaled culinary skills. He gives his guests an experience that reflects his trajectory as a chef.
