Cabo San Lucas, el lugar para vivir/ Cabo San Lucas, the place to live

Todavía recuerdo cuando llegué a vivir a ese pueblo pequeño, con desierto de un lado y un mar azul del otro. En la carretera desfilaban cactus de todo tipo de tamaños, grandes y chiquitos, gordos y flacos.

I still remember when I arrive to that small town, with a desert and a blue ocean in each side. In the highway the cactus stand, small and tall, thick and thin.

La vegetación que mis ojos alcanzaban a ver era de colores marrones, cafés y diferentes tipos de beige. Apenas si podías encontrarte con algún árbol verde. Abundaban las palmeras, altas. Tan altas que al levantar tu vista, te encontrabas con un sol ardiente. El sol de Cabo San Lucas.

 The vegetation that my eyes could see where all kinds of brown colors. You could barely see any green tree. They were a lot of palm trees, so high that when you lift your eyes you were hit with a blazing sun. The sun of Cabo San Lucas. 

Es un lugar paradisiaco, con una vida de noche inigualable a los demás lugares mexicanos. Muchas bebidas, mucho baile, mucha música y mucho que vivir y reír.

It is a heavenly place, with a unique nightlife that most of other mexican places don´t have. A lot of drinks, a lot of dancing, lots of music and so much to smile and laugh about. 

Pero Cabo San Lucas es algo más que solo sus noches nocturnas. La ciudad que se encuentra en la punta de Baja California Sur, es un lugar de luces y colores fuertes que te despiertan a vivir emociones únicas. Por ejemplo, uno de sus atractivos es el avistamiento de las ballenas, que comienza el 15 de diciembre y se extiende hasta el 15 de abril de cada año. 

But Cabo San Lucas It´s more than just the nightlife. The city located at the tip of Baja California Sur, is a place of light and bright colors that awaken you to live unique emotions. For example, one of its attractions is the sighting of the whales, which starts on December 15 and runs until April 15 of each year.

Pero también existen un sinfín de actividades que recorrer, disfrutar y conocer como lo son: el nado con tiburón ballena, el buceo en Cabo Pulmo, el snorkel, el scuba, el parasailing, el nado con delfines, las expediciones a los pueblos que se encuentran cerca, por mencionar algunas.

But also, there are plenty of activities to go, enjoy and learn such as: swimming with whale sharks, diving in Cabo Pulmo, snorkeling, scuba, parasailing, swimming with dolphins, expeditions to little villages nearby, to name just a few.

Caminar por sus playas de aguas cristalinas (Chileno, El Tule, Santa María, El Medano) o despertarte temprano para ir a pescar y envolverte en las azules aguas del Mar de Cortés. Descansar en los spas que los hoteles de cinco estrellas tienen para ti, visitar sus restaurantes y pedir un delicioso platillo hecho por los mejores chefs del país. ¿Qué más puedes pedir?

Walking through its pristine beaches (Chileno, El Tule ,Santa Maria , El Medano) or waking up early to go fishing and being wrap in the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.
