In your visit to the sudcaliforniano territory, another of the equally attractive municipalities for this territory is Mulege. Enriched with spectacular landscapes and views that will make you live one of the best experiences of your life together with your loved ones.

Mulege is derived from the Cochimian language "carmaañc galexa", which means big canyon of the white mouth. The municipality is located to the north of the state, 493 km from La Paz and it became one of the main ports of the region because it offers an unsurpassable landscape with its unique combination of desert and oasis.

To start your trip on Baja California Sur and, on your way through Mulege, start by exploring Bahía Concepción, with warm beaches and crystal-clear waters. The bay is ideal to snorkel or get on a kayak and enjoy the nature.

In addition to its natural wealth, in Mulegé you can also enjoy the vestiges of the past that the municipality has to share. One of the emblematic places is the Mission of Santa Rosalía, which was founded by Jesuit friars in 1705. From here you can admire the municipality and it is a magnificent place to take photographs thanks to its panoramic views that dazzle any tourist.
