En Baja California Sur durante los años setentas, se terminó la carretera transpeninsular y la construcción de los aeropuertos en La Paz y Los Cabos, lo que provocó un espectacular crecimiento tanto económico como poblacional. La vocación turística de la región estimuló una amalgama muy variada de comercios y servicios trayendo consigo una necesidad amplia y diversa de recursos humanos para satisfacerlos debidamente, esto provocó un proceso de inmigración tanto de nacionales como extranjeros hacia estas tierras.  

In Baja California Sur during the seventies, the transpeninsular road and construction of airports in La Paz and Los Cabos is completed, triggering a spectacular both economic and population growth. The tourist vocation of the region stimulated a varied mix of shops and services bringing a broad and diverse human resources to properly satisfy need, this caused an immigration process both domestic and foreign to these lands.

La migración es un fenómeno social que ha acompañado a la humanidad desde su inicio. En América no hay grupos humanos al margen de un proceso de migración, todos somos y hemos sido en un momento de nuestra historia migrantes. Baja California Sur y en particular Los Cabos se convirtieron en una tierra de oportunidades y  se creó una nueva morada en la cual se depositó fe y entusiasmo por transformar sueños en realidades tangibles.

Migration is a social phenomenon that has accompanied mankind since its inception. In America there are no human groups outside a migration process, and we all have been a time in our history migrants. Baja California Sur and Los Cabos in particular became a land of opportunity and a new dwelling in which faith and enthusiasm was deposited by transforming dreams into tangible realities are created.

La fusión de un grupo poblacional con un régimen jurídico y en un territorio definido provoca la existencia de una sociedad estable y reconocida, lo cual en sus diferentes escalas nos lleva a un municipio, a un estado o a una nación; sin embargo, hay que agregar un elemento que aglutine las aspiraciones sociales, este es el concepto de: La Identidad.
The merger of a population group with a legal system in a defined territory and causes the existence of a stable and recognized company, which in its different scales leads to a municipality, a state or a nation; however, you must add an element that brings together social aspirations, this is the concept: identity.

Un individuo que añora el lugar de su nacimiento no olvida su identidad original, esta identidad es romántica y estéril. La identidad debe de ser fértil. La nueva identidad   es la voluntad de unirse con más individuos en forjar el éxito de la sociedad en esa región.
An individual who longs for the place of his birth has not forgotten his original identity, this identity is romantic and sterile. The identity must be fertile. The new identity is will join more individuals in shaping the success of the company in that region.

La verdadera identidad debe de estar indexada a la determinación y dedicación de incrementar el nivel de civilidad tanto del individuo como del grupo que lo rodea para lograr la sustentabilidad social y económica de la región donde se genera su subsistencia.  
The true identity should be indexed to the determination and dedication to increase the level of civility both the individual and the group around him to achieve social and economic sustainability of the region where their livelihood is generated.

La verdadera identidad no se limita por la permanencia en la región, puede ser un día o una vida entera. 

The true identity is not limited by the permanence in the region, it may be a day or a lifetime.
