Gustavo Pinet, is one of the chefs who will be in charge to delight you
with his dishes. With over 15 years of experience and native of Mexico City,
the kitchen of Pinet is a unique blend of Mexican flavors.
Chef Richard Reddington will please you
with his food, his passion for wine with his classic French cuisine and variety
of ethnic influences reflect his personality from Redd in Napa Valley,
California.
Dakota Weiss is executive chef and Sweetfin Poke Star and was one of the
contestants on Top Chef Texas. Her food is a combination of American dishes
mixed with a French touch.
Finally, Sonya Coté owns Coté Catering, a
company that is responsible for creating unforgettable events with exquisite
food service, using the freshest and best quality ingredients.
